These immunization services are for children living in Albany County who do not have health insurance or who are underinsured.

Important Information:

1. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child and bring the immunization record. Medicaid recipients please bring the Medicaid card. Please call 447-4589 to make an appointment.
2. Parents/guardians must bring immunizations record and/or letter from the school nurse stating what vaccine is required.
