Teen Parents is the place to be! Fun and Free groups twice a month with food, fun, crafts, games, and great information about you and your baby. Child care and rides are provided! Other classes, trips, and events, too!

Being a teenager is not always easy. Having someone you can talk with, who will listen to you, and really cares about you can make tough times easier.

Just For Teens
(Albany Teen Clinic) S.T. A. R. S... Which stands for Seriously Talking About Responsible Sex is a program that provides free and low cost health care to eligible teens. STARS members are invited to attend STARS sponsored social events for free, and receive copies of the STARS newsletter, written by and for teen. Peer Educators are hire to learn about sexuality and pregnancy prevention, attend special events, and educate their peers.
Teen Choices...is a fun after-school self-esteem program for 7th and 8th grade girls living in Albany and Hudson.
Y.E.S...Youth Empowerment Services is a free service for Albany City teens needing counseling, case management and support.

Childbirth Education-Teenage Mother's Program
Childbirth education classes are provided by registered professional nurses to pregnant teens. Topics include: prenatal care, infant care, birth control, sexually transmitted diseases, and nutrition.
