Maternal and Child Health Programs and services are available to families living in Albany County. Services offered include skilled nursing assessments and education to pregnant women, mothers, infant, and children; coordination of needed services based on the plan of care developed by a team of qualified public health professionals. This team may include a registered professional nurse, social worker, community health worker, dietitian, and physical and occupational therapist.

Fees
Services are covered by private insurance, Medicaid, and grant funding.
A sliding scale is available.
No one is refused care due to inability to pay.
