Other Services Offered: The NYS Smokers’ Quitline is a free and confidential program providing evidence-based tobacco cessation services including a free Nicotine Replacement Therapy starter kit (to eligible callers) and telephonic coaching to all NY State residents.  The Quitline supplies coaching and educational materials to women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.

The Prevention Information Resource Center offers a Statewide 24/7 information and refer­ral Hotline. Our confidential – English and Spanish line offers assistance to parents, pro­fessionals, concerned friends, neighbors and relatives providing referrals regarding com­munity services, children and family resources and educational material requests. The Parent HELPLINE provides a lifeline for parents who are searching for support and services. Assisting families, children and teens dealing with problems or those in crisis. We provide callers with needed information, connecting them with local assistance and support.
