The Prevention Information Resource Center offers a Statewide 24/7 information and referral Hotline. Our confidential – English and Spanish line offers assistance to parents, professionals, concerned friends, neighbors and relatives providing referrals regarding community services, children and family resources and educational material requests. The Parent HELPLINE provides a lifeline for parents who are searching for support and services. Assisting families, children and teens dealing with problems or those in crisis. We provide callers with needed information, connecting them with local assistance and support.
